Dynamic Balancing & On-site Balancing Service
Dynamic & On-Site Balancing
Rototech offers precision dynamic balancing services for a wide range of rotating equipment, addressing vibration issues that lead to premature bearing wear, seal failure, and reduced machine efficiency. Our workshop is equipped to balance rotors up to 5 tonnes with precision index balancing facilities, achieving balancing grades up to G0.4 in accordance with ISO 21940 standards. For situations where transporting equipment to our workshop is impractical or time-sensitive, we also provide on-site balancing services, bringing our precision balancing capability directly to your facility with minimal equipment downtime. Whether performed in-house or on-site, our balancing services are designed to minimize vibration, extend equipment life, and restore optimal operating performance.
Our Balancing Capabilities Include:
- Dynamic balancing for motors, alternators, multistage pumps, steam turbines, crusher rotors, impellers, ID & FD fans, rubber coupling rotors, recycle pump rotors, turbocharger rotors, and more
- On-site balancing for equipment where workshop shipment is complicated or impractical
- Balancing grade up to G0.4, in compliance with ISO 21940 standards
- Precision index balancing facility for accurate, repeatable results
- Capacity to balance rotors up to 5 tonnes
- Minimizes vibration and extends equipment operational life

In-Situ Balancing
Rototech provides on-site dynamic balancing services for rotating equipment that is difficult, costly, or time-consuming to transport to our workshop. Using portable precision balancing equipment, our engineers perform accurate rotor balancing directly at your facility, achieving balancing grades up to G0.4 in accordance with ISO 21940 standards. This approach significantly reduces equipment downtime and eliminates the logistical challenges of dismantling and shippinging heavy or critical machinery. On-site balancing is ideal for large fans, pumps, turbines, and other rotating components that are integrated into continuous production or power generation systems.
