Dynamic Balancing Machines: We pride ourselves on our advanced dynamic balancing capabilities, boasting:
- A dedicated dynamic balancing machine with a 450 kg rotor capacity, exclusively for turbocharger balancing.
- Another dynamic balancing machine with a robust 5000 kg rotor balancing capacity, capable of handling a wide array of equipment, including generator rotors and large motors.
Turbine Blade & Nozzle ring Refurbishment Facility: Our specialized turbine blade refurbishment facility ensures meticulous restoration, guaranteeing optimal performance and longevity.
Machining Equipment: Equipped with cutting-edge 12ft lathe machines and drill machines, we offer precision machining services to meet diverse repair requirements.
Surface Preparation Tools: We utilize state-of-the-art surface preparation tools, including shot blasting machines, to ensure thorough cleaning and preparation of components.
Cleaning Processes: Our facility is equipped with advanced cleaning technologies, including:
- Ultrasound cleaning for delicate and thorough component cleaning.
- High-pressure water jet machines for efficient contaminant removal.

Baking Oven: Featuring a spacious baking oven measuring 12ft x 10ft x 6.5ft, we provide controlled heating environments for motor and alternator components, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
Specialized Tools: We maintain a comprehensive inventory of specialized tools tailored for turbocharger maintenance, facilitating precise and efficient repairs.
Assembly and Disassembly Setup: Our dedicated setups for rotor assembly and disassembly cater to both turbochargers and motor-alternator units, ensuring seamless operations and swift turnaround times.
Rewinding Setup: With our state-of-the-art rewinding setup, we offer expert motor and alternator rewinding services to restore functionality and efficiency.
Testing Equipment: We employ an extensive range of testing equipment, including surge testers, vibration meters, hardness testers, magnetic particle testers, sound meters, DC hi-pot testers, rotor testers, and precision measuring tools, to uphold the highest quality standards.
MPI Testing: Our facility is equipped with Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) capabilities to assess shaft and casing stress areas thoroughly, ensuring structural integrity and reliability.
Overhead Crane: To facilitate the safe and efficient handling of heavy components, we feature a robust overhead crane with a 3-ton capacity, enabling seamless operations within our facility.
